MyU offers a standard free tier which includes the following features:
- 100MB of document storage
- Up to 8 classes
- 3-minute videos
- Up to 4 images per post
- 90-day storage for private messages
Instructors have the option to upgrade to MyU Prime, which provides additional benefits including:
- An extra 100GB of document upload space
- 12 additional classes
- The ability to upload up to 8 images per post
- The ability to share videos and voice notes up to 30 minutes long
- Unlimited storage for all private messages
Users can enjoy a one-week free trial of MyU Prime. After the trial period, users will be automatically billed on a monthly basis. Should users choose to cancel their subscription, they will be given the option to renew it monthly or annually. Subscriptions are auto-renewed before they expire, but users can disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
